When most enterprises around the world were shaken by the pandemic, many of them relied on video conferences for communications. Considering that, BXB moved from audio systems to smart office, with the goal of improving conferencing quality in workplaces.

Creation of smart meeting rooms through joining forces with start-ups
Many Taiwanese companies are facing a critical period in the generational shift. To mitigate the passing on of family enterprises, transformation and upgrading, and achieve sustainable operations, registering with GISA is a favorable option. Consolidating the company’s internal structure for the registration for GISA
To make registrations with GISA successful, Taipei Exchange (TPEx) provides counselling services on internal controls for marketing, accounting, legal systems, etc. By doing so, they assist businesses to establish a rough system for internal controls and accounting. They will, in the process of registering companies with GISA, encounter traditional companies who have trouble cooperating with accountants to conduct financial audits for company transformation, or the adjustment of business model mechanisms.
