Nauru National Conference Centre is located in the Republic of Nauru (simplified as Nauru), the island country in Micronesia of the South Pacific. It’s also one of Taiwan’s diplomatic allies. This year, Nauru is responsible with holding the 49th Pacific Islands Forum (PIF). This great forum would gather the national representatives from 18 Pacific islands; therefore, the conference centre should be revamped for this great event.
Requirements
The main goal of holding the 49th Pacific Islands Forum is to promote and enhance the government cooperation of the Pacific countries. Therefore, the conference centre needs an international-standard conference system with the function of speaker’s image auto-tracking. Moreover, the process of all the meetings should be recorded for the database used and retrieved in the future.
